
Weirdly trying to sort out what I eat has proven more of a challenge than I thought it would. Though from using an app I’ve worked out that most of my fat comes from snacks!
I’ve always thought I eat healthily but hadn’t realised how much fat is in foods that I love. I discovered a love for peanut butter as that is good food for running so this is where the battle is beginning what is necessarily good for me for running isn’t always quite as good for my pancreas.

So truthfully it should either be not at all of at least less of this ….


And much more of this ….. a good job I like my veggies! 😆
I also discovered these are good as well so it’s a relief to see I’m not too far off with my diet as it is.

And whilst I do like these foods I’ve realised by trial and error that if I have them in moderation and not too close together I’m okayish

Though saying healthy fat when you have pancreatitis is weird as it seems to the pancreas that fat is fat and the less you eat of it the better it feels.
