This is the reason I started to blog as I haven’t been able to find anyone who runs and who also has pancreatitis so I have no one to ask questions of and this is simply a whole new ball game for me.

Even googling it seems to be a bit of a minefield I’ve read you shouldn’t do any exercise during a flare and yet I feel I’m in a constant flare so that’s not going happen and to avoid blows or trauma to the stomach area so does that mean I should avoid HIIT or yoga – who knows?!


It seems to me that the best or even only thing I can do is to just try things out until I find what works for me BUT I’m definitely not giving up running! ππ
